– The ultimate precursor to fat loss is energy balance So, if you’re cutting out an entire food group, that will likely inadvertently put you in a caloric deficit.

– It is very important to do a mix of activities but physical activity in all should last for total 60 minutes. It can vary from Brisk, walking, Jogging, swimming , gyming , spinning, cycling, power or hot yoga, zumba dance, dancing on music, functional training, skipping, climbing stairs and boot camp.

In case of any emergencies which simply prevent you from following the program, just let the mentor know and she will consider putting your program on hold and grant you an extension based on your validity.

– No genuine program will give any crash diets, that’s a wrong notion and practice. In fact it’s against the core of the science of Nutrition itself.Before planning your diets, we first consider your lifestyle, what foods are available to you, your work life, and many other things.
The diet reaching you will be designed to fit into your life. We don’t give unrealistic diet plans of frequent eating which you cannot sustain. It is our job to fit in to your lifestyle & ensure you are given a program that fits in without any major trouble.

– We don’t want you to gain the lost weight, so in the last session of your program we make sure that you know how to maintain your current weight. For your last diet plan we will provide you with a “maintenance plan” which teaches you to maintain your results.

– Meal timings & frequency of meals is very important.our dietician will plan a customised diet according to your need & timings which can be easily followed by you .The whole program is designed for your ease, the diet is personalized for you so all your restrictions or preferences are captured while planning.

– Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy. A lack of vitamin D can lead to bone deformities such as rickets in children, and bone pain caused by a condition called osteomalacia in adults.

– Our team will guide you to opt for a particular package depending on your gender, age, height, medical history, blood reports, your personal requirements and lifestyle or any Medical condition you have will also be considered in making your diet plan.We also have the facility of one-time oral consultation with Yogita or our Senior Nutritionist.
